Digital Agreements

I understand and agree to the following payment terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, damages, or extended hours beyond the agreed rental period.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings that occurs during my event.
• Any damages will be assessed after the event, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.
• Lost items (e.g., keys, equipment) will be charged at replacement cost.
• I agree to report any damages or issues immediately to venue staff.
• A security deposit may be held and returned within 7 days if no damages are found.

I understand and agree to the following alcohol policy:

• All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender or catering service.
• If bringing your own alcohol (BYOB), I must provide both a valid alcohol permit and a certificate of liability insurance naming Bluebird Event Center as an additional insured party.
• I am responsible for ensuring no one under 21 is served alcohol and will check valid IDs for all guests who appear under 30.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct may result in immediate event termination without refund.
• I assume all liability for alcohol-related incidents and agree to indemnify the venue from any alcohol-related claims.

I understand the cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date: 50% refund of total payment (minus deposit).
• Cancellations made 60-90 days before the event date: 25% refund of total payment.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event date: No refund.
• The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if done at least 60 days before the event date (subject to availability).

By signing this agreement, you grant Bluebird Event Center permission to use photographs and videos taken during your event for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website and social media marketing
• Promotional materials and advertisements
• Event center portfolio and testimonials
• Online and print publications
