How much does it cost to rent Bluebird Event Center?

Monday – Thursday: $100 per hour (No minimum). Friday & Sunday: $150 per hour (6 hour minimum). Saturday: $1,500 for the day (The full 12 hours). Hours are negotiable — give us a call. Call (970) 310-9268 to talk through what your event needs.

What are your hours, and can I book just part of the day?

We're open 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, every day. Book any hours you like between noon and midnight — except Saturdays, which are the full twelve. Hours are negotiable — give us a call.

How many guests can the venue hold?

Accepted Answer

Up to 120 guests. We have round 6-foot banquet tables and chairs to seat a full-capacity event, and the hall works just as well for a smaller gathering.

Where are you located, and is there parking?

1209 Greensboro Road, High Point, NC 27260. We're just off the highway with plenty of free parking on site.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's a wheelchair ramp and step-free access into the building, and the restrooms are large with multiple stalls.

What's included with the rental?

Accepted Answer

Round 6-foot banquet tables and chairs, a raised stage for a DJ, band or head table, event lighting, a separate food staging area, and large restrooms. The hall is one open space you're free to lay out and decorate as you like.

Can we bring our own food, and is there a kitchen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food or use a caterer. The food area has a fridge, a food warmer and a microwave, but no oven or stove — so food should arrive already cooked and be kept warm here.

Can we serve alcohol? Is there a bar?

There's a bar area, and you're welcome to use it — you just need to bring your own licensed bartender, as we don't provide bar staff. If you're bringing your own alcohol you'll need both an alcohol permit and a certificate of liability insurance naming Bluebird Event Center as an additional insured party. Can we decorate the space ourselves?

Yes. Most of our guests decorate themselves or bring a decorator, and the hall is set up for backdrops, balloon arches and whatever else you have in mind.

How do I book a date?

Check the calendar on our availability page, pick an open date and send a request. That isn't a confirmed booking yet — Roshan follows up personally to confirm the details with you. You can also just call and skip the form.

How do I pay, and what deposit do you take?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Cash. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee secures your date, and the balance is due 30 days before the event. Full terms are on our agreements page.

Question 12

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule once without penalty if you let us know at least 60 days ahead, subject to availability. Refunds depend on how far out you cancel, and the deposit is non-refundable — the cancellation policy on our agreements page has the exact terms.

Weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, birthdays and milestone parties, baby showers, corporate and holiday parties, family reunions, church and community gatherings, graduations, and plenty besides.
