About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website. The terms of actually renting the venue — payment, damage, alcohol, cancellation and the photo release — are separate, and you'll find them on our agreements page. Where the two ever disagree about a rental, the rental agreements are the ones that count.

Requesting a date is not a booking

Choosing a date on our availability calendar sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking and it does not hold the date. Nothing is booked until we have spoken with you and confirmed it, and we'll always reach out to do that.

We show availability as accurately as we can, drawn from our own calendar. It can still be out of date by a few minutes, and two people can request the same date before either is confirmed.

Rates on this site

The rates shown are our standard rates and are correct at the time of publishing, but they are a guide rather than a quote. Your total depends on the day, the hours you need and anything else agreed. We'll confirm the actual figure with you before anything is booked.

Hours are negotiable, and we'd rather you asked than assumed.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant is automated and can be wrong. Nothing it says is a quote, a confirmation of availability, or a commitment on our part. Anything that matters should be confirmed with us directly by phone.

Using this site fairly

Please don't submit false booking requests, try to break or overload the site, or use our forms to send unsolicited messages. We may refuse or remove requests that appear to be automated or made in bad faith.

Photos on this site

The photographs on this site are of real events held at Bluebird Event Center and belong to us. Please don't reuse them elsewhere without asking.
